Established, Home-Grown Practice
Our practice has been a staple in Wake County for more than 60 years. Wendell Dental treats patients from Wendell, Zebulon, Garner, Apex, Raleigh, Knightdale, Archer Lodge, Middlesex, and many more places. Dr. Burnette was born and raised in North Carolina. Our doctors love this state and want the best treatment for the wonderful people who call this place home.
Community Service
As Dr. Young before him, Dr. Burnette continues to participate in the Donated Dental Services organization. In addition, he enjoys volunteering at Missions of Mercy dental clinics, providing free dental care for a weekend in underserved areas around North Carolina and the country.

Dr. Burnette is a member of the ADA, the Academy for General Dentistry, the American Academy for Dental Sleep Medicine, NC Dental Society, and the Raleigh-Wake County Dental Society. Our doctors seek to protect the profession from dentistry in hopes of creating a brighter future of dentistry for the people of North Carolina and abroad.
